Do you offer same-day printing?

For small runs with a print-ready file, we do have same-day options. The exact timing depends on the job, the quantity and how busy the day is — send us the file and we will give you a firm time.

Can I send my file over WhatsApp?

Yes. You can send your file on WhatsApp. Because WhatsApp can compress large files, we recommend sending it as a document — or by e-mail — when print quality is critical.

Which file formats do you accept?

We work with PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG and TIFF. PDF is the safest format for print-ready work — layered working files can shift fonts and effects.

Should I use CMYK or RGB for printing?

Printing is produced in CMYK, so preparing your file in CMYK gives the most accurate result. RGB files can still be printed, but vivid blues, greens and oranges in particular may come out differently than on screen.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. If you do not have artwork, our design team can prepare it — from business cards and menus to posters and corporate identity — and make it print-ready. The design fee depends on the scope of the job.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. The prices shown on the site and in our shop do not include VAT. We share the VAT-inclusive total when we quote you.

What Makes a Print-Ready File?

These are general guidelines. Requirements vary by product and application — if you are unsure, send the file and we will check it together.

CMYK colour mode

Printing is produced in CMYK; colours in RGB files can come out differently than on screen.

Sufficient resolution

Close-read jobs usually need 300 dpi, while large outdoor work can be fine at a lower resolution.

Bleed

Leave bleed around the artwork so no white edge is left after trimming.

Embedded fonts

Outline your text or embed the fonts in the PDF so nothing shifts.

Correct dimensions

Prepare the file at the real print size and note the scale if you use one.

Prefer PDF

A print-ready PDF transfers more reliably than layered working files.

Cut and fold lines

Mark folds, cuts and drill holes on a separate layer.

Final check

Read the phone number, address and spelling once more before printing.
