Question 1

Do you offer same-day printing?

Accepted Answer

For small runs with a print-ready file, we do have same-day options. The exact timing depends on the job, the quantity and how busy the day is — send us the file and we will give you a firm time.

Question 2

Can I send my file over WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can send your file on WhatsApp. Because WhatsApp can compress large files, we recommend sending it as a document — or by e-mail — when print quality is critical.

Question 3

Which file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We work with PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG and TIFF. PDF is the safest format for print-ready work — layered working files can shift fonts and effects.

Question 4

Should I use CMYK or RGB for printing?

Accepted Answer

Printing is produced in CMYK, so preparing your file in CMYK gives the most accurate result. RGB files can still be printed, but vivid blues, greens and oranges in particular may come out differently than on screen.

Question 5

Do you offer design services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you do not have artwork, our design team can prepare it — from business cards and menus to posters and corporate identity — and make it print-ready. The design fee depends on the scope of the job.

Question 6

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the product. With digital printing you can order a single copy, while press work and some promotional items can have a lower limit because of how they are produced. Tell us the product and quantity and we will confirm what applies to you.

Question 7

Do the prices include VAT?

Accepted Answer

No. The prices shown on the site and in our shop do not include VAT. We share the VAT-inclusive total when we quote you.

Question 8

What is the difference between Forex and foam board?

Accepted Answer

Forex is a rigid PVC sheet: heavier, more durable and largely unaffected by moisture, which suits signage and long-lived panels. Foam board has a foam core and is light, making it ideal for indoor presentations, exhibitions and short-term use.

Question 9

Do you do lamination and binding?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do both in-house. Alongside A4 and A3 lamination we offer spiral, wire and thermal binding, so printing, binding and lamination can all be done in one visit.

Question 10

Can I get a quote for corporate orders?

Accepted Answer

Of course. For corporate work, just share the product list, quantities and delivery date and we will prepare a written quote. We can also set up a plan for recurring jobs.

Question 11

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Delivery arrangements depend on the job and the address. We cannot claim a standard courier service — let us confirm by phone or WhatsApp whether delivery is possible for your order.

Question 12

Can I get a proof before the full run?

Accepted Answer

For jobs where colour and positioning are critical, we recommend taking a proof first. Whether a proof is possible depends on the product and material — describe the job and we will tell you if it works for you.
