Choosing the Right Print for a Restaurant Menu

A menu is handled constantly. The balance between durability and easy updating is what matters.

Menu printing pulls in two directions: the menu should last, and it should be easy to update when prices change. The right choice depends on how often you revise it.

Menus that rarely change

If you revise the menu once or twice a year, laminated printing is a good choice. It protects against spills and wear and wipes clean. Bound or spiral menus also work well here.

Menus that change often

If prices or the item list change often, laminating the whole menu each time becomes expensive. Menu covers with replaceable pages, or a QR menu, work out cheaper.

Outdoor and tabletop

Tabletop menus left outdoors are affected by the sun and fade over time. A thicker material or a Forex menu board reduces how often you need to reprint.
